Referral terms

1. RR is not a locksmith company

RR connects callers with independent locksmith providers. The provider identifies its business, sets the price, performs the work, and is responsible for the service.

2. No service contract with RR

Calling RR or receiving a referral does not create a locksmith service contract with RR. Immediately after connection and before accepting the request, the independent provider must identify its exact business name and active LCO license. Any service contract is directly between the customer and that provider after the customer authorizes work.

3. Independent provider

The provider is not an employee, agent, branch, or franchise of RR. The provider is solely responsible for licensing, registrations, insurance, personnel, diagnosis, estimates, arrival, work, parts, payment, damage, safety, and warranties.

4. No guarantee of connection or outcome

RR does not guarantee that a provider will be available, accept the request, arrive within a particular time, offer a particular service, charge a particular price, complete the work, or produce a particular result.

5. Customer decision

The customer is free to decline the connection or provider quote. Verify the provider’s active California LCO license, identity, price, and warranty before authorizing work.

6. Referral compensation

RR may receive a referral fee or call-placement fee from the provider. RR does not collect payment for the provider’s locksmith service.

7. Information sharing

At the caller’s request, RR may share information necessary for the requested connection with the single provider receiving the call. See the privacy policy.

8. Operator details

The legal name and mailing address of the RR website/referral-line operator must be inserted here before public launch. These terms should be reviewed by a California attorney before live call routing begins.
