Privacy policy
How information may be used when someone asks RR to connect an independent locksmith provider.
Information a caller may provide
A referral request may include a phone number, service location, lock or vehicle details, urgency, and access instructions. Do not send identification documents, payment cards, keys, security codes, or unrelated personal information to RR.
Referral handoff
After RR discloses its referral role and the caller agrees to be connected, information necessary to respond to the requested locksmith matter may be shared with the single independent provider receiving the call. RR’s operating model should not sell the same request to multiple providers or use it for unrelated marketing without separate, clear permission.
Calls and callbacks
An inbound caller may be transferred after agreeing to the connection. Immediately after connection, the provider must identify its business and LCO before accepting the request. RR does not currently offer an automated callback form. If callbacks, texts, or recordings are added, the site and call flow must first add clear, specific disclosures and any legally required consent.
Call tracking
This site uses WhatConverts, a call-tracking service, to measure which pages and search terms lead people to call. The number shown on the site can change depending on how you arrived, so a call can be matched to its source. Every number reaches the same referral line.
For a tracked call, WhatConverts receives the number you called from, the number you dialed, and the date, time, and length of the call, together with the page address, referring website, and search parameters recorded when the site loaded. It stores that connection in your browser so a later call can be matched to the visit that produced it.
Calls to the referral line are not recorded. California law requires every party to consent before a call is recorded, so recording cannot be switched on until this page and the call greeting state it first.
Call tracking is used to measure marketing performance. Call records are not sold and are not used for advertising unrelated to a lock and key request.
Independent provider
Once connected, the provider has its own privacy practices and is responsible for the information it collects for quoting, authorization, service, payment, and warranty. Ask the provider how it handles your information.
Website data
The site runs no advertising pixels and does not sell browsing data. The WhatConverts call-tracking script described above is the only third-party script the site loads. Any analytics or advertising tool added later must be documented here before activation.
Contact
The operator’s legal name, privacy email, and mailing contact must be inserted before public launch.
