A referral service, clearly labeled

RR connects the call. The independent provider does the work.

RR Locksmith Connect is not a locksmith company, does not employ the provider who may arrive, and does not set the service price. Its limited role is to help a caller reach an independent third-party provider.

The division of responsibility

One phone call, two clearly different roles.

The RR agent discloses the referral role before connection. The provider then identifies its company and license immediately after connection and before accepting the job.

RR handles the referral

RR receives the request, discloses its role, asks for consent to connect, and may transfer the call to one independent provider. RR may receive a referral or call-placement fee.

The provider identifies itself

Immediately after connection and before accepting the request, the provider states its exact company name and active LCO license.

The provider handles the service

The provider verifies authorization, states availability, diagnoses, quotes, contracts, performs, collects payment, and handles warranties.

Local context without a fake storefront

Helpful information, not a fictional locksmith operation.

The site can explain lock, key, property, and neighborhood considerations without claiming that RR owns service vans, employs technicians, holds an LCO license, or operates a locksmith shop.

What RR does not claim

  • RR is not a California Locksmith Company.
  • RR does not claim an LCO number belonging to someone else.
  • RR does not publish a false storefront, technician roster, review score, warranty, or universal arrival time.
  • RR does not quote, invoice, collect payment for, supervise, or warrant the locksmith work.

Before this referral line goes live

No provider should receive calls until its exact legal business name and active California Locksmith Company license have been verified through BSIS and added to the internal partner record. The provider agreement must require the provider to state that same name and LCO immediately after connection and before accepting any request.
