- How urgent the request is
- Whether you can verify access rights
Before the connection
The RR agent explains its separate role and asks whether you want to speak with an independent provider. Calling RR does not authorize locksmith work.
When the provider joins
Before accepting the request or arranging service, the provider states its exact business name and active California LCO. It then gives availability, arrival estimate, quote process, payment terms, and warranty information.
You make the decision
Verify the provider’s LCO and complete quote. The provider must also verify that you are authorized to access the property or vehicle.
